Complete restoration of school building, built in 1888, to create completely green and sustainable apartments with original 12-foot tin ceilings, blackboard countertops (recycled from the classrooms), and the original maple refinished floors. Probable cost estimating and feasibility services; acting as a liaison between the owner and the bank, managing monthly requisitions and loan negotiations.
