Lifetime Living Project
The Beacon Projects Group is delighted to announce the completion of Lifetime Living project, located in downtown Stamford, CT. Lifetime Living is a luxury 11-story high rise building, consisting of 290 state-of-the-art residential apartment units with rooftop amenity space with swimming pool, a 2-level basement and ground level parking garage with 7 Electrical Vehicle chargers, and Lifetime Fitness, a 55k SF luxury club and spa, on the 2nd floor.
Under Beacon’s leadership, Lifetime Living will achieve Fitwel Healthy Building certification, as well as LEED V4 Certification for implementing practical and measurable strategies and solutions in areas including sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality. Green buildings allow companies to operate more sustainably and give the people inside them a healthier, more comfortable space to work; very few buildings in Connecticut are certified under LEED V4.
