Renovation of a two story 20,000 s.f. wood structure.
After lifting, relocating and returning the building to its original location on a new foundation, it featured a newly built state- of- the- art kitchen and dining facilities for their members.

Belle Haven Club, New Pool and Pool House Renovation – Greenwich, Connecticut
Demolition and reconstruction of new Olympic size swimming pool over steel piles and sheet piling on the club’s property, including Kiddie pool new concrete seawall and pool deck. The Pool House building was renovated to upgrade the commercial snack bar, Locker Rooms and bathrooms, handicap accessibility upgrades to utilities and landscaping.General Contractor: A.
