In today’s world the programmatic, regulatory, design, and construction process for any scale of building project has evolved to such complexity that having an Owners Representative engaged from the conceptual start is a significant resource for its success. As an Architect having worked with Beacon Projects Group representing the Owners interests on numerous commercial and residential projects, they have provided a significant added value. Especially during the contract administration, and construction process keeping the Owner informed and tracking the overall financial progress of the project from concept through to final commissioning.
I have retained The Beacon Projects Group on numerous litigation matters. I have found Frank and his team to be extremely diligent, professional and responsive. I would not hesitate to use them again.
They supervise construction and remodeling projects from large residential to full scale commercial. My projects involved taking existing commercial structures, reworking the base structure, and then managing the construction projects to completion. Saved me tons because Beacon knows what I don't about architects, general contractors, and subs.
